New OEM Parts: 1 Year Standard Parts Warranty
We provide a one-year standard warranty on any purchase you make of New OEM Parts, starting from the date of purchase. We will provide repairing or replacement of the parts if needed. In such a case of replacement or repair, the warranty period will be extended over the replaced or repaired part from that date.
New Aftermarket Parts: 90 Days Standard Parts Warranty
We provide a 90 days standard warranty on New Aftermarket Parts, starting from the date of purchase. Within the guaranteed warranty period, We will provide repairing or replacement of the parts if needed. In such a case, the remaining warranty period will be extended over the replaced or the repaired parts from that date.
Pre-Used Parts Policy
Some repair jobs require us to use old or pre-used parts in cases of urgency, or when we are working with an old computer and the parts required are no longer manufactured by the company. We provide a 30 days warranty over any pre-used or old parts that we use in our repair services.
Refurbished Parts: 30 Days Standard Warranty
We provide a 30 days standard warranty over our refurbished parts, starting from the date of purchase given on the receipt. Within the guaranteed warranty period, We will provide repairing or replacement of the parts as we deem necessary. The warranty period will be extended over the replaced or the repaired parts from that date.
Hardware Repair Service: Warranty Policy
We provide hardware repair services on various computer parts such as motherboards, screens, cables, and jacks. In all such hardware repair services, we provide a 90-day warranty, unless it is mentioned otherwise.
Software Repair Service: Warranty Policy
We provide software repair services and assistance on a variety of issues. All our software repair services come with a 30 days warranty.
Refurbished Computer: Standard 90 Days Warranty
We provide a 90 days standard warranty on our refurbished computer, starting from the date of purchase given on the receipt. We will provide repairing or replacement of the parts if needed. The warranty period will be extended over the replaced or the repaired parts from that date. On your purchase from We, you will also benefit technical support free of cost. However, our technical support only applies to hardware, software, and the Operating System installed by us.
Unauthorized Repair Attempts Nullify Our Warranty
Warranty provided by us becomes null and void if you employ unauthorized repair work within the warranty period. Our warranty only extends to the original purchaser and cannot be transmitted to a third party. We also do not take responsibility for the data that might be lost during our repair services.
Warranty Policy Excludes
The warranty extended by us excludes issues related to laptop batteries, chargers, damage caused by accidents, or attempted modification or repair work which was not authorized by us. We also withdraw our warranty in case of tampering or negligence, system failure caused by a part that was not sold by us, damage caused by natural disasters like floods, earthquakes, lightning, tornadoes, hurricanes.
Information on Refurbished Computers
All refurbished computers sold by us will go through thorough examination, testing, and trying over a period before it reaches you. Refurbished computers may have signs of cosmetic damage but that will not affect its functionality at all. All our products are examined by A+ certified employees.
Holding Devices Policy
We will hold a customer’s device in our shop for three months before we are forced to recycle it. This means that for any reason the customer does not stay in contact with us regarding the status on their device (Returning calls, picking up the device, etc.), we will recycle it after a three-month period. We are not responsible for any lost user data after the process is finished.
Power Surge Protector
It is advisable to change surge protectors every 2 years unless it shows signs of dysfunctionality sooner. Most surge protectors come with a $10,000 insurance policy usually, so one needs to preserve every piece of documentation in case the need for them arises.
We does not offer any warranty if power surge, act of nature, or power related issues are responsible for any damage inflicted on the system or the parts we sell.
